Hypatia de Alexandria

Hypatia (greco: Ὑπατίᾱ}} Hupatíā; c. 360 - 415 EC),[1][2] sovente appellate Hypatia de Alexandria (Ὑπατίᾱ η Αλεξανδρινή), era un mathematica, astronoma, e philosopha neoplatonico in Egypto, al tempore un parte del Imperio Roman Oriental.[3] Illa era un prominente pensator in Alexandria ubi illa inseniava philosophia e astronomia, e illa era renominate in su proprie vita como un grande maestra e un sage consiliera. Hypatia construeva astrolabios e hydrometros, ma non inventava alicun de istos, le quales ambes era in uso depost multo tempore ante le qual illa nasceva.
