Manti

Manti es un specie de pastas farcite e typic pro le cocina turc e centroasiatic. Illos es farcite de carne de agno, bove o porco, o vegetarianmente de patata, cucurbita o lentes, e postea frite o bullite o estufate. On les mangia con butyro fundite, yogurt, smetana o sauce de tomate.
