Sucralosa
Sucralosa[1] (E955) es un edulcorante artificial intense, discoperite in 1976. Su potere sucrante es circa 600 vices superior a isto del saccharosa. Es pauc caloric pro que le major parte ingerate non es decomponate per le corpore.

Es producite per chloration del saccharosa, reimplaciante selectivemente le gruppos hydroxy in le positiones C1, C4 e C6 pro formar un disaccharido 1,6-dichloro-1,6-didesoxyfructosa–4-chloro-4-desoxygalactosa.
Innocuitate
modificarSucralosa non es carcinogenic.[2][3] Su dose quotidian admissibile es fixate per le FDA a 15 mg/kg de massa corporal.
Un studio toxicologic in vitro monstra que le sucralosa-6-acetate, un producto de digestion del sucralosa, es genotoxic e le consumption de un soda edulcorate per die suffice a exceder le dose admissibile pro un producto genotoxic. Sucralose-6-acetate augmenta significativemente le expression de genes associate con inflammation, stress oxydative o cancere (con superior expression del gene metallothioneina 1 G (MT1G)).[4]
Un consumption importante de sucralose poterea haber un effecto immunomodulatori.[5]
