id:Rachel Amanda is not related to en:Amanda (female name). I removed all interwiki to id:Rachel Amanda from all Wikipedia but your bot keep add it again. id:user:borgx.

Hello Borgx. Thank you for your message. Actually, there were some interwiki links linking to id.wikipedia. As you can see, after you removed the interwiki link in de.wikipedia, another bot added the interwiki link again. Now the interwiki links are fixed.
